Nourish & Nurture - Half Day Retreat
Event description
Step into a peaceful sanctuary for a relaxing half-day retreat designed to nourish the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit.
In the busyness of modern life, we often put rest and wellbeing at the bottom of our to-do list. But true wellness begins when we pause, breathe, and create space to slow down. This retreat is a beautiful opportunity to realign, recharge, and experience a sense of deep inner balance.
Guided by experienced teachers Madana and Philippa, this immersive retreat combines ancient yogic practices with modern relaxation techniques — all thoughtfully curated to help release stress, restore energy, and cultivate stillness within.
What to Expect:
Pranayama (Yogic Breathing): Gentle techniques to calm the nervous system and anchor you into the present moment
Gentle Full-Body Stretch Session: A slow and soothing movement practice to open the body, ease physical tension, and encourage a sense of spaciousness and relaxation
Deep Peace: A guided journey into deep conscious rest, helping you access the state between wakefulness and sleep for complete rejuvenation
Crystal Bowl Sound Healing: Healing sound vibrations to slow down brain waves, promote deep relaxation, and support emotional release
Kirtan/Mantra Meditation: Kirtan is the heart and soul of yoga. Kirtan, the singing or chanting of sacred mantras, or Transcendental Sound, is an easy yet sublime method of yoga meditation that has been practiced since time immemorial.
Nourishing Plant-Based Lunch: A wholesome meal to ground your experience and nourish you from the inside out
