It’s easy to get caught up in the doing — the giving, the organising, the showing up for everyone else. But what if, just for one weekend, you gave yourself permission to slow down, play, and be completely taken care of?

Nourish & Play is a women’s weekend retreat designed to help you refill your cup through creativity, movement, and meaningful connection. Think gentle restorative yoga and tai chi under gentle sunlight, laughter around a pit fire, hands deep in clay, immersing yourself in a cooking class, and stillness beneath a century-old fig tree.

This retreat isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence. You’ll be guided by a team of compassionate facilitators through mindful movement, art therapy, meditation, and culinary play. Between sessions, you’ll have space to rest, chat, and simply be.

As the weekend unfolds, you’ll rediscover what it feels like to move with ease, to create without judgment, and to connect from the heart. You’ll leave not only refreshed, but re-energised — with a lighter body, a fuller heart, and a reminder that joy is deeply nourishing.

  • 30-Minute Therapeutic Massage (Full Retreat Guests)

    Unwind with a professional massage to release tension and restore balance.

  • Play with clay in a hands-on art therapy workshop

    Have fun playing with clay art therapy with Kerri (no experience required) to tap into your inner child and delve deeper into what is held deep within your soul.

  • Get hands-on with an interactive cooking class with Marcia.

    Create Colourful, flavour-packed dishes (no experience required) using real ingredients and a dash of essential oils - and discover how fun, nourishing and simple healthy cooking can be.

  • Learn a gentle and life-long skill set of tai chi. With gentle guidance (no prior experience required) learn the ancient art of tai chi, a practice that you can do for the rest of your life, regardless of age, gently lubricating each and every joint in your body with gentle movement for healthy longevity.

  • Open your heart with a grounding cacao ceremony, then be guided through a gentle meditation designed to reconnect you with lightness, laughter, and self-expression with Sandy
