Let us take you on a journey of nourishment and connection. Wake up on a beautiful farm, surrounded by the sounds of nature. Sip on a heart-warming cup of tea before immersing in your daily yoga practice. Let the vast views of the land quieten your mind. Sit in circle to connect with nature, with others, with yourself.

During this two-day nature retreat you will be nourished through connection, meditation, yoga, nature walks, healthy whole foods and practices to awaken creativity. 

Our offerings include:

• Two nights in a beautiful farm stay, surrounded by creeks and nature trails 
• Three delicious whole food vegetarian meals per day (made by our nutritionist)
• Two Vinyasa Flow classes

• Optional: cold plunge in the creek!

We are offering the option to carpool so there's no need to worry about how to get there. The locations is about 2 hours from Brisbane, near Emu Creek, QLD. You are of course welcome to organise your own transport. 

The pricing includes different options according to your budget. We want everyone to come and experience Nourish in Nature retreat and believe in making yoga accessible to everyone. If you want to bring your own tent/van there is also a discounted option for you! If you would like to contribute some of your skills/time we can also reduce the cost, get in touch with us via email.

About your facilitators

Charlotte has been teaching yoga for over six years. She is an experienced nutritionist, currently studying Health Science at Torrens University. She has a functional yet holistic approach to yoga and movement and loves to cook, dance and travel.

Laura's passion is to provide a nurturing space for people to unwind, to cultivate the peace within. She teaches yoga, creative art workshops and loves to facilitate heart-opening experiences of kinship with the natural world.
