Women, join me for this deeply nourishing mini-retreat 🦋 designed for you to step off the treadmill of life and walk away calmer, lighter and more connected to yourself.

With a fusion of restorative poses, inspiring poetry, and mind-body connection tools coupled with relaxing music and guided meditation, the benefits of this retreat include lowered anxiety and stress, promotion of good sleep and weight management, alleviation of menstrual and menopausal symptoms, and the cultivation of a profound sense of calm.

It’s a time to let go of the to-do lists so we can nurture ourselves.

You will walk away feeling a deep sense of spaciousness and rejuvenation. 

Every BODY is welcome regardless of age, size, flexibility, or experience.

What to expect:​ 

• Doors will open 10 minutes before.   (Please try your best to arrive on time)

• We will begin with an introduction and close with a warm drink.

• Your only job is to relax. 

What to bring: ​ 

  • Yoga mat (optional)
  • Pillow 
  • Blanket 
  • Eye mask (optional: On sale for $10 at the session)
  • Water
