Nourish Workshop Series: Tasty Meals Done Cheap
Event description
Farm My School is a not-for-profit organisation that collaborates with schools to promote healthy eating, ecological stewardship and connected communities.
The Farm My School Nourish Workshop Series has been designed to help families unlock affordable ways to grow and cook simple, nourishing food. Run by renowned chefs and our own Farm My School team, the free introductory workshops will encourage simple and practical ways to think about food growing, health and wellbeing.
Come and join the Farm My School Nourish workshop: Tasty Meals Done Cheap!
Harriet, or better known as Natural Harry, has been on a journey to simplify wholefoods, share her tips to eating healthy and create easy-to-follow recipes. She is also passionate about living within a toxin-free and zero-waste home, and believes that all you need is some inspiration and a few sneaky tips to help you get started.
This is a hands-on cooking workshop that promises a filling and delicious vegetarian meal. We'll probably reap a few rewards from the farm for this one. YUM!
