   Yin Yoga Series for Women

Join me for 8 weeks of NOURISH!

This series is designed for women seeking a sacred pause in their day—a space to intentionally nourish body, mind, and heart.

In the demands of modern life, especially as women, our energy is constantly being called in many directions. Just as nature moves through ebbs and flows, we too need moments of stillness to restore and nurture ourselves. This series will support your nervous system, fascia*, and overall well-being through breath, gentle movement, and mindfulness.

When:

8 weekly classes on Monday evenings, 6:00–7:15 PM. Mon 3rd Feb - Mon 24th March 2025.

              •           Monday 3rd Feb

                  •           Monday 24th Feb

                  •           Monday 3rd Mar

                  •           Monday 10th Mar

                  •           Monday 24th Mar


    Where:

    The beautiful studio at The Wellness Collective

    146 Ross River Road, Mundingburra (next to Core Movement).

                  •           Parking is located behind the building.

                  •           Enter through the back entrance.


    What to Bring:

                  •           Yoga mat (mats are also available in the studio).

                  •           A warm blanket or throw (optional, as these are also provided).

                  •           Water or a thermos of tea.

                  •           Please we comfortable, stretchy clothing for ease of movement.



    Investment:

    $160 for the 8-week series (+booking fee)

                  •           You can either pay a deposit or the full amount to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid at the first class.


    Before the Series Begins

                  •           If you have any injuries or concerns, please let me know in advance so we can discuss modifications.

                  •           On the first evening, please arrive 15 minutes early to sign waivers and settle in.


    Studio Etiquette:

    The studio will be open 15 minutes before each session. Feel free to arrive early to set up your space, choose an oracle card, or just lay down for quiet reflection.

    If you cannot attend a session, please let me know as soon as possible as there may be other women on the waiting list.
