Event description

Food is more than just nourishment — it’s memory. It’s emotion. It’s medicine.

The Nourished Thread is a one-day immersive retreat designed to explore the stories we've inherited about food, how those patterns have shaped our emotional landscape, and how we can rewrite them with compassion and clarity.

Set in the vibrant outdoor classroom of The Kitchen House & Garden in Tampa, Florida, this experience invites mothers and daughters (or any women in intergenerational connection) to slow down, cook with joy, and reflect with intention. With vegetables under our fingers and stories on our tongues, we’ll tend to the roots of how we feed ourselves — and one another.

🌱 What You’ll Experience:

  • Hands-on garden-to-table cooking experiences designed to put more plants on your plate

  • Guided conversations and gentle psychological practices around food, feelings, and generational patterns

  • Science-backed tools for intuitive eating, gut-brain health, and mental wellness

  • Sacred moments of connection through movement, ritual, and shared meals

  • A deepened understanding of where your food beliefs came from — and where they can go
