Through a gentle yet powerful flow of yoga, you’ll release physical tension, grounding yourself in the present moment. The Himalayan Breathwork will cleanse your mind, regulating your nervous system and peeling away layers of negativity. The sessions close with a heart-centring meditation, bringing you a sense of clarity and deep inner peace, leaving you more connected to the beauty of life.
