A Dinner Through the Veil

Memento mori means “remember that you must die.” It is an ancient reminder of our mortality, but not one meant to inspire fear. It asks us to remember that life is precious because it is finite. To honor the dead is also to honor the extraordinary privilege of being alive.

Sweet Antelope’s Storytelling Supper Club welcomes medium and spirit guide coach AJA Daashuur for Memento Mori, a night of food, community, and communion with Spirit.

You may come to honor someone who has passed. You may come to meet the Spirit Guides on your team. You may come simply because something is calling you. All are welcome, and no experience or belief is needed.

Bring a photograph of someone you would like to honor, or, if you’re not honoring anyone, bring a photo or an object that reminds you to live fully. Each dinner table will hold its own Memento Mori altar, where photographs and objects are placed among candles and offerings, giving those we love, and the lives we want to live, a place at the table with us.

Come for the journey. Stay for the table.

HOW THE NIGHT WORKS

· Arrive and settle in with a welcome cocktail
· Place your photographs on your table's Memento Mori altar
· Join AJA Daashuur for a channeled journey through the veil, opening a pathway to meet guides and loved ones who wish to connect
· Take your seat for a four-course dinner by Sweet Antelope
· As dinner begins, AJA draws a Spirit Guide Archetype from her oracle deck specifically for each guest, introducing the guide who has stepped forward for them, the messages they bring, and the unique medicine they carry.
· Share food, stories, and memory with the people at your table, and with those who helped make you who you are

You may receive a presence, a piece of wisdom, a bit of medicine, or simply the experience of being together again in a different way. However it arrives, it can continue long after you leave the table.
