Nov 5 | SCRAP Workshop: Amazing Automata! | Ages 16+

This Thursday evening, join Kate (she/her) and Maya (she/her) in this four-hour workshop where you will learn to construct your very own hand-crank operated automaton!

Participants will develop their own simple moving scene, and then they'll learn the steps to constructing a mini-machine that brings the scene to life! Will a jellyfish bounce up and down in the sea? Will a carousel horse move up and down? You decide!

4-8pm | Ages 16+. Youth must be accompanied by an adult.

• 15-minute break at 6:30pm. Bring a hearty snack or head somewhere nearby to grab some food!

Mask friendly environment. All materials & tools provided.

Location: The new SE SCRAP Education Studio! 619 SE 6th Ave 😊
