November Women's Gathering Jervis Bay
Description
For women who are craving a slower, more spacious day in nature to reconnect with themselves, participate in a mindful ceremony, and explore something in their life from a new perspective.
Join me for a small women’s circle on my flower filled property where I’ll share two of my favourite practices: Tea Ceremony (Cha Dao) and Systemic/Family Constellations. We’ll sit in ceremony, work with the medicine wheel as a compass, and use simple embodied mapping practices to explore what is happening beneath the surface in our lives... and what might be gently wanting to bud.
You get:
time away from your usual roles and responsibilities
a calm, held space to listen to yourself
simple practices to help listen and look at situations differently
connection with like-hearted women in nature
My hope is that women leave this day:
carrying one or two simple seeds of insight they can tend over the coming weeks,
feeling reconnected to their own inner compass,
more grounded in themselves,
and more connected to self, nature, and other women.
If that sounds like something you’d like to feel, there’s a place here for you.
DATE: 27th September
TIME : 9:00-3:30pm
PRICE: $95

What is Tea Ceremony (cha Dao)?
In this gathering, we share tea in the spirit of Cha Dao, the “Way of Tea”, an Asian tradition that treats preparing and drinking tea as a simple path of presence and connection. We sit together in quiet, unhurried ceremony, letting the warmth of the bowl, the rhythm of pouring, and the taste of the tea help the body settle and help us arrive together. The invitation is to experience tea as a kind of gentle medicine for the day. Tea Ceremony can help us to feel present, connected to nature and to ourselves.
What are Systemic Constellations?
Systemic constellations are a way of mapping the “bigger picture” around a question or pattern in your life, using people or objects to represent different elements of the situation. By placing and moving these representatives in space, it becomes possible to see hidden dynamics, loyalties, and relationships that are often hard to grasp just by thinking or talking.
This experiential process can reveal what might be wanting attention, where something is out of place, and how a small shift in perspective can open up more clarity, choice, and flow.
You can use constellations to explore many different things, as long as they matter to you ... relationships with others, your work, your purpose and passions, or different parts of you. It’s a beautiful way to gather more information, sense into how you feel about something, and gain a little more clarity about what’s next.
During this retreat, we’ll use this practice both in smaller, individual‑focused processes and, if it feels right, in group inquiry. We will see what wants to emerge. I love this practice so much and I look forward to sharing it with you.
What to expect on the day
Tea ceremony to arrive
We begin by slowing down with a mindful tea ceremony, supporting us to settle, arrive and open our listening. The medicine wheel as a map
We’ll use the medicine wheel to gently orient to different aspects of life and cycles of change, sensing into where you are now and what might be emerging.Small group process
We will work in small groups to explore something we choose to working with an embodied constellations process. Everyone will have the opportunity to explore something of their own.Shared lunch
We will eat lunch together. Please bring a simple plate of food to share.Group constellation using embodied mapping
If there is appetite, one or two women will have the chance to explore a personal question more deeply through a group constellation. Everyone usually learns and feels something through these shared constellations. Alternatively, we can continue with individual or small group processes if that's how we feel.Integration and closing
We’ll close with time to reflect, name what you’re taking away and gently integrate the day together.
Who this is for
This circle is for women who feel drawn to slow down, be in nature, and explore themselves in a gentle, experiential way in community. You might be curious about tea ceremony or constellations, or simply interested in gathering with other women to listen, reflect, and sense what’s present beneath the surface of your life. You don’t need to have a big “issue” to work on.
The day is for women who value depth and subtlety, and who are open to embodied practices, shared silence, and seeing familiar situations in a new way through ceremony, mapping, and group process.
The group will be small (up to 6 participants)
You’re warmly welcome to come along and experience the work.

What others have shared about their experience with Constellations Circles
"My experience of the Systems Constellations event was of being warmly welcomed into a quality of connection and relationship with a group that allowed for a depth of personal exploration and of celebration. I left the session feeling embodied and grounded in my being and delighted from the experience of being closely connected and supported by the community. Thank you."
- Johanna
"The Systemic Constellations workshop was immensely valuable for me. Being able to feel, see and respond to my challenges in the cocoon of the intimate group and trustworthy container they generated has already shifted so much which seemed blocked."
- Robyn
"Wow! What an incredible experience. I went in without any expectations and not really knowing what Systemic Constellations was, only a vague idea based on what I knew about family constellations. I was just really curious. From the first practice, which was a simple paired practice, I was so surprised about how tangible the experience was. When we moved into the larger group constellations, seeing and experiencing how profound they were for us all, whether it was about a system we brought or a system that we were representing a part of. I saw how revelatory this practice is and what it can do for each of us. I will definitely be returning."

FAQs
- Do I have to share anything personal?
No. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right for you on the day. You can simply be present, take part in the practices, and only name what feels comfortable. There will be invitations to reflect and share, but nothing is forced and you can always pass or stay with your own experience quietly.
No, everything is an invitation. We will be doing some individual processes and there is no need to share anything about your experience if you choose not to. We will do 1-2 group processes, were someone will get to describe a situation that they want more clarity about, and she will select some woman to map out the situation and represent the different people or energies. You can let her know that you are not up for being a representative if you like. It's a good experience to be a representative as it can often give us another perspective on something that is often relevant for us. - If I don't get to do a group constellation, will I still get something out if it?
Yes. In constellation work, people almost always receive insight and movement by witnessing and participating in others’ constellations, not only from their own. You’ll also have time in small groups and individual reflection to explore something that is alive for you, so you’re not relying solely on being the “focus” person to benefit from the day.
- What are systemic constellations?
Systemic constellations are a way of exploring the “bigger picture” around a question or pattern in your life by mapping the different parts of the situation in space. We use people or objects to represent elements such as family members, parts of yourself, or key influences. By placing and gently moving these representatives, hidden dynamics and loyalties can become more visible, which can bring new clarity, perspective, and possible next steps.
- What is tea ceremony?
In this gathering, tea ceremony is a simple, mindful way of arriving together. We share tea in the spirit of Cha Dao, the “Way of Tea”, an Asian tradition that treats preparing and drinking tea as a path of presence and connection. We sit in quiet, unhurried ceremony, letting the warmth of the bowl, the rhythm of pouring, and the taste of the tea help our bodies settle so we can meet the rest of the day from a softer, more grounded place.
- Do I need any experience with this kind of work?
No experience is needed. You don’t have to know anything about constellations, tea ceremony, or the medicine wheel. The day is designed as a gentle introduction, with everything explained in simple, accessible language, and you can move at your own pace. Everything is an invitation : )
- Is there accomodation available?
Yes, we have accomodation available on the property for an additional cost. You can see some photos of this in the photo gallery. There is also option to camp if you wanted to make a weekend out of it.
