The PRIME Workshop Overview

The PRIME Workshop, delivered by The One Man Collective, is a transformative three-day immersive experience rooted in the lineage of embodied men’s work inspired by leaders like David Deida, John Wineland, Michaela Boehm, Layla Martin and the Mankind Project. This workshop is a sacred container for men from all walks of life to remember the truth of who they are, and to rise, not above, but beside, the feminine. Whether a man is a father, husband, son, brother, boss or employee, PRIME calls him into a deeper relationship with love, life, and the sacred feminine herself.

PRIME stands for:

• Presence – cultivating the capacity to stay grounded, aware, and connected in the face of challenge. This is the foundation of all relational integrity.

• Respect – honouring the sacredness of the feminine, the masculine, and all that we hold responsibility for, with strength, clarity, and care.

• Intimacy – developing the inner and outer resources to connect deeply, through vulnerability, truth, and emotional availability.

• Masculine – reclaiming a purposeful, embodied masculine essence, not as dominance or bravado, but as deep presence and honourable leadership.

• Embodiment – living in and through the body with breath, sensation and grounded truth, especially when under pressure. A man in his body is a man in his power.

This workshop offers men an opportunity to let go of the hardened, performative shell they were taught to wear. Instead, they are invited to step into a more honest, felt, and alive expression of self, one that makes space for devotion, longing, rage, joy, and tenderness. The feminine is not a mystery to be solved, but a universe to be felt, honoured, and met.

Feminine surrogates are introduced into the space with utmost reverence. These women are not there to please or perform, but to reflect, to offer a living, breathing mirror of what it means to meet the feminine in her truth. From softness to sacred rage, from the wounded child to the sovereign Queen, she shows up in her full spectrum. And when she does, she offers each man a glimpse of how he is truly felt.

These surrogates don’t speak at the man, they move, breathe, tremble, contract and open in response to him. A glance, a word, a posture, each moment becomes an opportunity to learn what the feminine truly desires: safety, presence, depth, integrity, and love. Not just whispered promises, but embodied reality. The masculine is shown, in raw and visceral feedback, what it means to be deeply felt, or missed.

This is fierce teaching. Not available in polite conversation or everyday relationships. It is more honest than most partnerships allow. More revealing than any locker room tale or doting, disembodied parent could ever show. This is not a tidy learning moment, it is a soul fire confrontation. The kind that cuts through denial, bypass and ego. The kind that shakes a man awake.

It is the worst fight you never had, held in sacred structure. All the emotion. All the confusion. All the impact, but instead of blame or shutdown, he is held by other men, called into truth, and supported to receive the lesson with honour. This is where a man finally hears what he was never told, sees what he’s never been shown, and feels what he’s been too afraid to admit. And from that place, change becomes not only possible, it becomes inevitable.

The feminine surrogate is not an object or archetype to impress. She is a temple of truth. She invites, not to punish, but to awaken.

PRIME Workshop Outcomes

This event has been designed so that each man will walk away with:

PRESENCE
A grounded ability to stay centred and aware in any situation, and to feel what is actually happening within and around him without needing to fix, flee, or freeze.

• A deeper understanding of their own masculine essence and how it is received by the feminine

• Tools to regulate their nervous system and stay grounded under pressure

• The ability to respond to challenge without collapse or aggression

• An inner anchor point to return to in the face of chaos, conflict or feminine testing

RESPECT
A deep understanding of how to honour the sacredness of the feminine, the masculine, and his own commitments and responsibility, including family, partnership and fatherhood.

• Clarity on how to create safety, polarity and leadership in relationships without control or collapse

• A brotherhood of men who are committed to doing the work and walking with integrity

• A felt sense of reverence for life, lineage and the responsibilities he holds

• Practical understanding of how to respect boundaries, his own and others, with strength and clarity

INTIMACY
The tools and experience to foster real connection, vulnerability, and openness in his relationships, with self, others, and especially with the feminine.

• Greater emotional range and capacity to be with discomfort, truth and intimacy

• Practical tools to dismantle protective emotional armouring and increase authentic connection

• A lived understanding of how his presence and energy shape the depth of intimacy he can offer and receive

• Embodied confidence in expressing vulnerability without shame or neediness

MASCULINE
Clarity about his own masculine essence, power, and edge, not as something to dominate, but as something to serve and direct with honour.

• Real-time feedback from feminine energy, not as judgement, but as revelation

• Ownership of his unique flavour of masculine leadership and expression

• Recognition of the difference between performative masculinity and embodied presence

• Strength to make aligned decisions in the face of emotional or energetic complexity

EMBODIMENT
The ability to feel and live from the body, not just the head, integrating breath, sensation, and truth into every interaction, especially under pressure.

• Embodied awareness of their unconscious patterns, habits and leaks

• A recalibrated sense of self that integrates power, vulnerability and presence

• Tools for nervous system regulation and anchoring during relational intensity

• Practices to sustain groundedness, breath and truth in high-stakes moments

PRIME is by application only. This is not an open-door event, it is a deliberately curated and high-integrity container. Every man is vetted, interviewed, and thoroughly briefed prior to acceptance. This ensures that the space remains safe, potent, and anchored in the depth required to do this level of work. We prioritise the safety of the feminine, the readiness of the masculine, and the collective strength of the container above all.

This space is sacred. It is held with care and structure. There is no nudity. Every practice is optional, and every man has the right to pass or simply witness. The honouring of both the masculine and feminine nervous systems is woven into every breath of the workshop. Women are supported before, during and after. Men are not shamed, but invited, into a deeper level of seeing, feeling, and relating.

What the PRIME event is Not

PRIME is not a dating event. It is not a tantric temple night. It is not a BDSM exploration, sexuality retreat or fantasy playground.

The One Man Collective stands firmly for the strengthening of family, the deepening of committed relationships, and the honouring of each man’s integrity in alignment with his real-life responsibilities, to his partner, his children, his work, and his community. This is a space for real men in real lives to reclaim their truth without needing to abandon what they love in the process.

This is real work, rooted in embodied practice, interpersonal truth and nervous system honesty. This is not about getting something from the feminine. It is about learning to meet her, honour her, and hold her, through the clarity, reverence and depth of who you choose to be as a man. This is not performance. This is practice. Every practice is optional. Every man has his voice, and the right to pass on a process and simply observe. His sovereignty is respected, and his choice is part of the work. No man is forced. Every man is invited.
