FAQs

• Is there a minimum number to book a party table?

  Yes, a minimum of 10 children must be booked to reserve a party table.

• What is included in the price?

  Reserved table of 10 children from 12pm - 3pm, chicken nuggets, chips, sausage rolls, party pies, frog in a pond, dipping sauces, jugs of soft drink

• Can I decorate my child's party table?

  Yes, you sure can. You will have access to the room from 11am for balloons, cloths, table centrepiece etc. We just don't allow glitter, confetti or table scatters.

• Can I bring a birthday cake?

  You are welcome to bring in your child's birthday cake. Any other BYO food and drinks is not permitted. Any variations are to be approved by Management prior to the event.

• Can I add children after I have booked?

  If there is availability, you may add extra children to your booking up to 14 days prior to the event. Please phone the Club on 4933 7533 if you wish to add guests.

• What are the booking terms & conditions?

  • A minimum of 10 children is required to book a Kid's Disco Party Table • Timings for booked Party Tables: o access to the function room will be available from 11am on the day of the booked Kid’s Disco to decorate reserved table if desired o parties commence at 12noon o party food will be served to the individual parties at 12:30pm o doors open to the public at 1pm for the advertised Free Monthly Kid’s Disco o disco finishes at 3pm • All children attending parties and/or disco must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times • The Club will take all necessary care and attention but will not accept responsibility or liability for damage or loss of personal items at the Club prior, during or after the event. • BYO food and drinks is not permitted on the premises. You are permitted to bring a birthday cake. Any variations are to be approved by Management prior to the event. • Decorations for the table are allowed (e.g. balloons) except scatters, confetti, glitter. • Payment is required at time of booking. Tables must be booked via Humanitix. Visit www.embc.com.au/kidsdiscos for link to purchase. • Additional attendees may be added up to 14 days prior to the disco (depending on availability), 14 days’ notice must be given prior to event for cancellation. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 14 days of the event. 50% of the booking (excluding booking fees) will be refunded if the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the event. • Please sign this agreement form and return to the club no later than 14 days from the date the booking was made.
