Forum for HR Professionals to network, share information and learn about topics specific to employee wellbeing & engagement.

The Positive HR Forum meets on a bi-monthly basis. The aim of our forum is to bring together expertise from different business sectors to share knowledge and experiences specific to employee engagement and wellbeing.

Each meeting we focus on a different engagement and/or wellbeing topic. Guest speakers are invited to present different elements of the topic from an expert, personal or business perspective.

Eric Gresswell

Eric has over 25 years’ experience across HR, learning and development, leadership, coaching and organisational performance. His career spans senior L&D roles, running his own learning business and advising organisations on culture, capability and performance. Eric is particularly interested in where people strategy meets commercial performance and the opportunity for HR to become a genuine driver of organisational success. With AI, changing workforce expectations and productivity pressures reshaping work, he brings a timely perspective on how HR can adapt while keeping people, leadership and culture at the heart of change.

Tracey Johnson

A highly experienced people and organisational development leader with over 30 years’ experience across HR, culture, transformation and executive leadership. Having worked as an HR practitioner, HR Director, Executive Director, Non-Executive Director and Chief Executive, Tracy brings a valuable perspective on how the HR function has evolved – and where it needs to go next. With extensive experience of organisational change, culture, leadership and modernising people practices, she is passionate about creating progressive, people-centred HR approaches that enable both people and organisations to thrive in a changing world.
