Greg Alchin, Accessibility and Inclusion Lead - Service NSW Digital Services
Greg is the Accessibility & Inclusion Lead at Service NSW, where he drives agency culture and capacity to deliver at scale digital products and services that are inclusive by design and accessible by default.
Greg co-chairs the NSW Government Digital Accessibility Professional Network and represents Service NSW on Standards Australia’s Accessibility Committee. He was also an integral member of the Australian Human Rights Commission’s expert panel that published "Guidelines on equal access to digital goods and services."
Outside of government, Greg is an internationally recognised keynote speaker, disability advocate and accessibility specialist with over 30 years experience across education, industry and government contexts. Greg expertise has been sort by such organisations as the Australian Ballet, Digital Transformation Agency, Get Skilled Access, NAB, the United Nations and the World Food Program.
Underpinning Greg's rich professional experience is his lived experience with a visual disability, industry recognition as an accessibility specialist, post graduate studies in accessibility as well as membership of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals. All of which, enables Greg to speak with both authenticity and authority.
