About the Event
Leaving school can be both exciting and uncertain, especially for young people living with disability. We understand how important it is to have the right support during this time of change.
That’s why we’ve created our School Leavers pathway - a tailored approach that supports participants build job-ready skills, boost social confidence, and take meaningful steps toward their goals in the community.
Our programs, including Transition to Work, are designed to increase quality of life. From preparing for job interviews and managing personal finances, to developing everyday life skills and building lasting social connections.
What to Expect
At our Open Day, you’ll:
Meet our experienced staff who specialise in building independence and confidence.
Explore our School Leavers programs and take a tour of our training facilities.
Learn how NDIS funding can support your journey as well as explore alternative funding options.
Hear success stories from young people who’ve already taken their first steps into employment.
Enjoy free refreshments prepared by our Transition to Work team.
