Novita School Leavers - Virtual Open Day

Leaving school can be both exciting and uncertain - especially for young people living with disability.

At Novita, we understand how important it is to have the right support during this time of change.

That’s why we’ve created our School Leavers pathway - a tailored approach that helps participants build job-ready skills, boost social confidence, and take meaningful steps toward their goals in the community.

We’ve seen firsthand how this program transforms lives. From preparing for job interviews and managing personal finances, to developing everyday life skills and building lasting social connections, our approach is designed to open up new possibilities for each person’s future.

Join us on Online Thursday 24th of July from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM for an Open Day dedicated to young people with disability who are about to leave, or have recently left school as well as their parents, guardians and support networks. 

You’ll have the chance to:

• Connect with our dedicated support team - experts in encouraging your independence and guiding you toward your personal, social, and employment goals.

• Explore our School Leavers programs - including Transition to Work and Step Up Life Skills- and tour our training facilities.

• Discover straightforward NDIS funding options.

• Hear success stories from former participants who’ve taken their first steps into employment.

• Enjoy free refreshments provided by our Transition to Work team.
