Civic is pleased to announce an open inspection for our North Nowra SIL home, Blue Gum. This is a unique opportunity for a group of 3 or 4 NDIS participants to consider living together as flatmates in a supportive environment.

Blue Gum is conveniently located on a large corner plot in a popular street, just a short walk from public transport, North Nowra Shopping Centre, Mahgony Creek Reserve, and Bomadery Walk. The home is designed for comfort and accessibility, featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate living areas. Residents will benefit from 24/7 staff support, Wifi internet, and a spacious, level backyard and garden.

Inspections are held weekly from 10 AM to 12 PM, where you will be guided by our dedicated operations and sales team. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and envision the possibility of making Blue Gum your new home. We look forward to welcoming you!
