Event description

NRF 10+ Year Anniversary Dinner

NRF is pleased to invite members and friends to join us for a very special evening to celebrate our 10+ year anniversary!

You may recall we organised this dinner last year (in our actual anniversary year) and had to cancel due to COVID shutdowns.  We're back for our 10 (plus) year anniversary celebrations this year...with bells on!!

NRF is proud to be the first independently funded regional food industry body in Australia. NRF became incorporated in early December 2011 and is now funded by its members with support from sponsors and partners.  We would like to celebrate this auspicious occasion with our wonderful NRF members and invite you to attend our upcoming dinner at Frida’s Field, Nashua.

Ten 'courses' for ten years!

To celebrate this ten-year milestone, Chef Ally from Frida’s Field is elevating our event with a 10 ‘course’ feast, which will count down a decade of local food trends in our region and honour our amazing local producers (see menu below).

We will have a special presentation with a nod to our past, our founding members and look to what the future may hold for our region’s local food & beverage industry.

OUR MENU:  Celebrating a decade of local food trends!

You will be greeted with a complimentary welcome drink on arrival and then all other drinks will need to be purchased from the bar.

Chef Ally has put together a special 10 ‘course’ menu*, counting down ten years of food trends in our region and honouring our local Northern Rivers food producer legends.

It will be a very celebratory menu, starting with canapes, moving to shared platters and finishing with main course and fruit and cheese platter.  Vegetarian options will be available and we will attempt to cater for all dietary requirements.

Note: please email us at info@northernriversfood.org  least a week before to let us know if you require vegetarian options or have special dietary requirements.
