Attention all Northern Rivers Food & Beverage Industry marketers... 

Are you using claims in your marketing such as "sustainable", "carbon neutral" or "all natural"? 

NRF is offering a special presentation run by Australian Consumer Law expert, Katrina Alidenes from MinterEllison Wednesday November 9th from 8.30am - 11am at Ewingsdale Hall.

Katrina will present a high level overview of the Australian Consumer Law, followed by a detailed but practical discussion of risks around some of the emerging and trending food & beverage claims such as: sustainable, plant-based, all natural, pure, Made in Australia, Made in Byron Bay etc. She will also discuss examples from recent regulatory enforcement actions that impact trending food product claims (on pack and on other advertising like social media) and provide some tips and tricks for managing your risks. 

There will be time for Q&A at the end of the session, so bring your questions for Kat.
