Costs below are per person for 3 nights accommodation and your 3-day Schoolies Festival™ 2023 ticket.
- Powered Site (Min 6, Max 8 Guests) - $450.00
- Unpowered Site (Min 6, Max 8 Guests) - $420.00
- Powered Ensuite Sites (Min 6, Max 8 Guests) - $495.00
- Studio Cabin (2 Guests) - $660.00 *must have 2 guests
- Waterview Cabin (4 Guests) - $750.00 *must have 4 guests
- Ocean Breeze Villa (4 Guests) - $840.00 *must have 4 guests
- 2 Bedroom Cabin (5 Guests) - $720.00 *must have 5 guests
- Parkview Cabin (5 Guests) - $794.00 *must have 6 guests
- Parkview Cabin (6 Guests) - $794.00 *must have 5 guests
*Cabin numbers assume 2 people in double/queen bed
Please note: Encounter Youth is not responsible for provisions at NRMA Victor Harbor Beachfront Holiday Park. Your application will be processed and you will be notified if your application has been successful.
A cash bond will need to be paid by the team leader on arrival; this will be returned at the end of the weekend unless the site/cabin fails to meet the required standard then the bonds will be withheld.
Note: we will no longer require attendees to provide proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations.

- Application - $49 (+ booking fee) application fee upon completion of the application (refunded if unsuccessful).
- Full Balance - Total of Schoolies Festival™ 2023 Accommodation & Ticket Package less the application fee ($49) due 17th March 2023
