Costs below are per person for 3 nights accommodation and your 3-day Schoolies Festival™ 2024 ticket.
- Powered Site (Min 6, Max 8 Guests) - $475.00 (+ booking fee)
- Unpowered Site (Min 6, Max 8 Guests) - $445.00 (+ booking fee)
- Powered Ensuite Sites (Min 6, Max 8 Guests) - $520.00 (+ booking fee)
- Studio Cabin (2 Guests) - $685.00 (+ booking fee) *must have 2 guests
- 2 Bedroom Cabin (4 Guests) - $745.00 (+ booking fee) *must have 4 guests
- Parkview Cabin – Access Friendly (3 Guests) - $835.00 *must have 3 guests
- Parkview Cabin (5 Guests) - $835.00 (+ booking fee) *must have 5 guests
- Parkview Cabin (6 Guests) - $835.00 (+ booking fee) *must have 6 guests
- Ocean Breeze Villa (4 Guests) - $865.00 (+ booking fee) *must have 4 guests
- Seaview Villa (6 Guests) - $865.00 (+ booking fee) *must have 6 guests
*Cabin numbers assume 2 people in double/queen bed
Please note: Encounter Youth is not responsible for provisions at NRMA Victor Harbor Beachfront Holiday Park. Your application will be processed, and you will be notified if your application has been successful.
A bond will need to be paid by the team leader prior to arrival via an online payment direct from NRMA Victor Harbor Beachfront Holiday Park; this will be returned after the Schoolies Festival™ 2024 weekend unless the site/cabin fails to meet the required standard then the bonds will be withheld.
Payment Schedule
Schoolies Festival™ 2024 Accommodation & Ticket Packages can be split into 2 or 3 instalments. You can choose to:
OPTION 1: Pay the amount in 2 instalments:
- Application - $49 (+ booking fee) application fee upon completion of application (refunded if unsuccessful).
- Full Payment - total of Schoolies Festival™ 2024 Accommodation & Ticket Package less the application fee ($49) due 14 March 2024.
OR
OPTION 2: Pay the amount in 3 instalments:
- Application - $49 (+ booking fee) application fee upon completion of application (refunded if unsuccessful).
- First Instalment - 50% (+ booking fee) of Schoolies Festival™ 2024 Accommodation & Ticket Package cost due 14 March 2024 (note: $49 application fee included as part of this 50%).
- Second Instalment - remaining 50% (+ booking fee) of Schoolies Festival™ 2024 Accommodation & Ticket Package cost due 17 October 2024.
