• Powered Ensuite Sites (Min 6, Max 8 Guests) – $530.00 per person (+ booking fee)
• Studio Cabin (2 Guests) – $710.00 per person (+ booking fees) *must have 2 guests
• Parkview Cabin – Access Friendly (3 Guests) – $860.00 per person (+ booking fees) *must have 3 guests
• 2 Bedroom Cabin (4 Guests) – $770.00 per person (+ booking fees) *must have 4 guests
• Ocean Breeze Villa (4 Guests) – $890.00 per person (+ booking fees) *must have 4 guests
• Parkview Cabin (5 Guests) – $860.00 per person (+ booking fee) *must have 5 guests
• Parkview Cabin (6 Guests) – $860.00 per person (+ booking fee) *must have 6 guests
• Seaview Villa (6 Guests) – $890.00 per person (+ booking fee) *must have 6 guests

*Cabin numbers assume 2 people in a double/queen bed. 

*Cabins must be fully paid for, regardless of how many people end up staying.  

Important Info: 

• Encounter Youth isn’t responsible for the park’s provisions. 

• A bond is required from the team leader before arrival (paid directly to NRMA), which will be refunded unless the accommodation isn't up to standard.

Payment Plan for Schoolies Festival™ 2025 Accommodation & Ticket Packages 

You can pay in 2 or 3 instalments – your choice! 

Option 1: 2 Instalments 

• Application Fee: $49 (+ booking fee) when you apply (refunded if unsuccessful). 

• Full Payment: Remaining balance due by 13 March 2025 (minus the $49 (+ booking fee) application fee). 

Option 2: 3 Instalments 

• Application Fee: $49 (+ booking fee) when you apply (refunded if unsuccessful). 

• First Instalment: 50% of the total cost (+ booking fee) due by 13 March 2025 (minus the $49 application fee). 

• Second Instalment: Remaining 50% (+ booking fee) due by 16 October 2025.
