NRW Breakfast - The Return of the Gweagal Spears
Description
Join us for a special National Reconciliation Week Breakfast featuring a livestream presentation by Reconciliation NSW. This year’s theme, ALL In, is a reminder that reconciliation is not a spectator sport and that all of us must step away from the sidelines and take action to make change.
Guests will enjoy a light breakfast while watching an inspiring presentation organised by Reconciliation NSW. Noeleen Timbery will deliver the keynote address, reflecting on the historic return of the Gweagal spears to the La Perouse Aboriginal Community and what this moment means for cultural heritage and reconciliation.
The breakfast viewing is organised by Zali’s Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group.
