Sepas Meditation Series

Held on Thursdays, our Meditation Series is a space to slow down, sit together, and turn inward. We guide you through several rounds of seated meditation — typically 10-15 minutes each — with gentle pauses in between. You will receive clear, simple guidance in the technique to help you settle.

We close the evening with tea, biscuits, and space to share whatever arose.
