3. Trailer Sites - Main Field Only - (3 X 12M) for bookings made up until 7 days out from event ticket

   A trailer site is the same width as a car site, but deeper, 3m x 12m. Trailer sites go quickly so there is no guarantee that there will be one available on the day. It is definitely best to book.

5. Coffee/Food Vendor Site ticket

   Coffee vendors and/or food vendors require prior P&C permission to be on site, and shall not sell items that are in direct competition with the P&C's barbecue and cake stall, namely BBQed sausages, bacon & egg sandwiches, cakes, water or soft drinks. Vendors must supply their own power source and bins and take rubbish with them at the end of the day.
