Coffee vendors and/or food vendors require prior P&C permission to be on site, and shall not sell items that are in direct competition with the P&C's barbecue and cake stall, namely BBQed sausages, bacon & egg sandwiches, cakes, water or soft drinks. Vendors must supply their own power source and bins and take rubbish with them at the end of the day.
