Tawnya Bahr, chef and locavore, is a passionate promoter of small producers. With her experience of cooking with seasonal ingredients, Tawnya has specially created this behind-the-scenes tour of Northside Produce Market. Her goal is to educate food lovers of all ages by sharing her knowledge and providing opportunities for the farmers, growers and producers to give a real insight to the skill and hard-work that goes into creating the food, we as consumers eat. Tawnya is a restaurant reviewer and culinary judge. She’s also a member, supporter and ambassador for the Dish Cookbook, The Big Feed, Week of Tastes, Australian Culinary Federation, Le Cordon Bleu, Savour Restaurant and Catering and the Royal Agricultural Society.
