NSW Department of Education Psychology Graduate Scholarship Program and Master of Professional Psychology (School Psychology) online information night.

Are you ready to start your master’s in psychology in 2026? You may be eligible to apply for the NSW Department of Education’s Psychology Graduate Scholarship Program.

If successful, you’ll receive over $35,000 in financial support toward a Master of Professional Psychology, as well as a guaranteed job in a New South Wales public school when you graduate.

What you could receive with a scholarship:

• Up to $22,000 tuition allowance for full-time Commonwealth-supported students.

• Up to $10,000 appointment allowance, depending on appointment location.

• $1,500 textbook and incidentals allowance.

• $4,000 placement allowance for supervised practicum placements in schools.

• Ongoing professional support to complete psychologist registration requirements, including provision of the supervised internship.

• When you graduate, gain employment as a school psychologist (provisional) in a NSW public school with a highly competitive starting salary.

Scholarship applications are now open and close at 11.59pm on Friday 22 August 2025.
