The Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Planning portal provides access for approved education and care services to easily document their quality improvement journey at a time that is convenient for them. The portal is a user-friendly web-based system that assists services with completing their Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement plans to adhere to legislative and regulatory requirements.
This will be an information session followed by a technical demonstration how to use the Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Planning Portal.
