Are you a NSW exporter interested in doing business with India and learn about the Australia-India free trade agreements?
Investment NSW, in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), Consul General of India (CGI) in Sydney, Business NSW and the Australia India Business Council (AIBC) is organising a multi-city roadshow to present on the opportunities for exporters resulting from the Australia-India Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement (AI-ECTA).
This is an exciting opportunity to meet with industry stakeholders, government representatives and NSW businesses, and will inform exporters how to navigate and maximise the benefits of Australia’s free trade agreements with India. The AI-ECTA came into effect in December 2022, and significantly reduces tariffs on 85 per cent of Australian goods exports to India, in sectors including food and beverage, resources and services exports.
