Calling all young women in NSW aged 16-19!

You're invited to our NSW Youth Week 2025 online workshop, "Creativity and Connection in a Digital World" with guest speakers Lottie Dalziel (Banish), Molly Croft (The Tie Dye Project), and Ruby Riethmuller (Womn-Kind)!

Location: Online via Microsoft Teams

This free online session will explore how to use social media reels combined with unleashed creativity to create content to maximise your online presence or business. Join along with special guest speakers – Lottie Dalziel, Young Australian of the Year in 2023 and co-founder of Banish, Molly Croft, co-founder of The Tie Dye Project and two-time cancer survivor, and Ruby Riethmuller, founder of Womn-Kind, to discuss their unique online experiences as successful businesswomen leveraging the benefits of social media.

This interactive workshop will also provide young women and girls with practical tips for building confidence in social media spaces, staying safe online, and creating engaging content that reflects their authentic selves.

Meet Your MC, Ruby Riethmuller

Ruby Riethmuller

Ruby Riethmuller is the proud Founder and CEO of Womn-Kind; a leading youth mental health organisation focused on improving wellbeing education and support for adolescent girls and gender-diverse young people. Womn-Kind offers innovative, low-intensity mental health services through workshops, the Womn-Kind App, podcast, social media and partnerships. With a focus on accessibility and prevention, Womn-Kind has supported over 25,000 young people, providing daily support to more than 5,000 youth. 

Since founding Womn-Kind, Ruby has been shortlisted for the Young Australian of the Year, selected as a Future Women Rural Scholar, a finalist in the Agrifutures Award, nominated for the NSW Young Woman of the Year, a finalist in the Australia Post Diversity and Inclusion Impact Award, a NEXUS delegate, and nominated as a Westfield Local Hero.

Meet Lottie 

Lottie Dalziel


Lottie Dalziel is an award-winning sustainability advocate, educator, author, and founder of Banish, a platform dedicated to empowering Australians with the knowledge and tools to live more sustainably. Since launching Banish in 2018, Lottie has helped millions of Australians make more informed choices through education-first initiatives, including corporate workshops, community programs, and her pioneering Banish Recycling and Diversion (BRAD) Program, which successfully diverted over 1 million pieces of plastic waste from landfill in 2024 alone.

Recognised for her impact, Lottie was named NSW Young Australian of the Year in 2023 and has been featured in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 for her contributions to sustainability and entrepreneurship. She has also delivered a TEDx talkThe Power of Community in Fighting Climate Change, further cementing her role as a thought leader in the environmental space.


Meet Molly

Molly Croft


Molly Croft is a passionate advocate, community leader, and cancer survivor dedicated to driving positive change and supporting others through lived experience. Diagnosed with high grade metastatic osteoblastic osteosarcoma at the age of 12, Molly’s journey has shaped her into a resilient and empathetic leader, committed to representing minority groups and fostering inclusivity. As an accomplished speaker, Molly has addressed audiences at national and local events, including Stand Tall Australia and the Ronald McDonald House National Conference. She has served on advisory panels such as the Dubbo Regional Council Disability Access & Inclusion Advisory Committee and the NSW Youth Advisory Council, contributing to meaningful discussions that impact young people, families, and communities. 

Molly is also the founder of her charity The Tie Dye Project, which has now raised over 1 million dollars for cancer research and support services. Her work has earned her multiple accolades, including the NSW Women of the Year One to Watch Award, and recently named a finalist for 2025 NSW Young Australian of the Year. In addition to her advocacy work, Molly is a coach, and mentor, deeply committed to empowering young people through sport and education. She brings a unique perspective, tireless enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit.

  • A person under the age of 18 needs permission from a parent/guardian to register for the event. Please check with your parent/guardian that it is ok for you to attend. 

All young women and girls, including those with disability, are culturally and linguistically diverse, are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander or identify as LGBTQIA+ are encouraged to attend.
