2024 NT Performing Arts Awards
Event description
The Northern Territory (NT) Performing Arts Awards celebrate the achievements of Territory artists and grow the value of the arts by:
- providing recognition and peer acknowledgement to the people who perform, produce, and contribute to the NT performing arts sector
- recognising the creativity and commitment of Territory artists in the performing arts sector and celebrate their success with the community
- promoting the achievements of the performing arts sector on a local and national level.
The peer-judged awards will celebrate the people who make a creative difference to the NT community by honouring talented and inspiring artists and arts-workers who have made an impact in dance, music, theatre, musical theatre, opera, circus, physical theatre and comedy.
The 2024 NT Performing Arts Awards will present awards in the following categories:
- People's Choice Award
- Production of the Year Award
- Performer of the Year Award
- Young Achiever Award
- Behind the Scenes Creative Award
- Behind the Scenes Production Award
- Inspiring Educator Award
- Impact Award
- Ultimate Legend Award
