As amazing as it is to be your own boss, being a business owner comes with its own set of challenges. You’re likely no stranger to experiencing self-doubt, lack of focus, loneliness, and feeling overwhelmed. Perhaps you are finding that running a business is actually one of the hardest things you’ve ever done.
The good news is that you are not alone in feeling this way. Business owners who succeed surround themselves with people who understand the challenges and rewards that come with following their dreams. A nudge from a business friend might be all you need to get back on track, recover your confidence and get excited about the next step forward.
How it works
We connect you with another female business owner and provide a Conversation Guide so you can support each other with confidence. We use a peer-coaching framework in our sessions to encourage authentic conversations and meaningful support.

- You will take turns to support each other following our Conversation Guide

You don't need to have done any coaching to join us. It's a friendly and casual environment and we'll support you along the way.
