Welcome to The Nurtured Space! 

Together, Whitney and Emily created Nurture & Ignite with the purpose of offering an intentional space for women to gather to connect with themselves, and others and to explore their inner world through mindful processes.

During Nurture & Ignite we will journey through: 
+ Connection exercises
+ Breathwork with Whitney
+ Creative Art Therapies with Emily

You will have the opportunity to explore your current season of life and create intentions to honour your Future Self. 

If you are called to dedicate some time, to just be and receive, we would love for you to join us! 

• Tickets cover all art materials and a light snack.

• Please bring a journal for any self-reflection and a water bottle.
