What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is yoga of awareness. Beautiful technology works on activating and awakening the flow of kundalini energy from within.The kundalini is stored just below the navel in the same area as the 72,000 nadis, at your power center. The kundalini is awakened and then descends down to the base chakra and moves up the chakras to the crown. Spiraling the energy all the way up the spinal column (the energetic channel (sushumna) and balances the chakras and returns to the seat of the kundalini just below the navel.
Kundalini encompasses:
· Pranayama breath techniques
· Chanting, Mantras
· Meditations
· Mudras (Hand positions)
· Asanas (Poses or positions)
· KRIYAs (actions) sequence combination of above modalities work like a recipe to activate the kundalini energy within. Each Kriya focuses on a different sequence experience for the mind, body and soul for a particular effect outcome.
