A bi - monthly circle dedicated to self care, nourishment and sister connection so that you leave with your cup full and overflowing!

✨ Nurture & Nourish is a space where all of you is welcome; show up exactly as you are and be lovingly held, seen and accepted by your beautiful sisters

When was the last time you made yourself the priority? To tend to your inner world, dreams & self care?

✨Now is the time for a self care revolution! Join us for our first circle!

🌸Date: Saturday 12th of April (next one in June)

🌸Time: 7 - 9 PM

🌸Location: Linden NSW (residental address provided upon booking, including everything else you need to know on the night)

💖What to expect

A safe, welcoming space to connect, share & be your full self - all of you is welcome here.

I know it can be nerve wracking to attend something new, especially on your own, so our circles will be extra cozy and welcoming. There is no pressure to be anyone else but yourself and sharing is always voluntary

💖A loose outline of our structure

Each circle will be intuitively guided by Spirit, so whatever medicine is meant to come through on the night will, leaving room for the mystery and magic to unfold

Generally, we’ll start by opening the circle and tuning into our intentions, followed by a grounding drop in meditation, an activity to foster sister connection & opening up the circle for sharing

Depending on the energy of the night, other activities may include:

- a Somatic release practice (such as intuitive movement or dancing) Journaling prompts, Guided visualisation journey and Sound healing

- Tea & vegan snackies will be provided - Please let me know asap if you have any allergies or dietary requirements x

💖What to bring & wear

A Yoga mat and/or pillow
Blanket if you wish!
Water bottle (Herbal tea provided)
Journal & pen (or other writing device- Anything else to make you comfy! eg. stuffed toy, hot water bottle, crystals
An open heart & mind <3

Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! Preferably something you can dance or move around in freely. Feel free to wear PJs!

💖A little note/ disclaimer:

Vulnerable sharing will always be encouraged - but only when you feel comfortable to! Somatic release may bring up uncomfortable emotions and forms of release like crying & shaking. Participation in any activity is purely voluntary - I am simply a guide throughout this experience so please always listen to yourself & your body first!
