Just a few short months ago, I couldn’t have imagined this becoming a reality. Yet here we are — opening the door to a sanctuary of connection, transformation, and heart-expanding experiences.

Tori brings a graceful and grounded energy to this offering, with movement at the heart of her passion for wellbeing. As a qualified yoga and Pilates instructor (mat and reformer), her approach is nurturing, inclusive, and empowering — especially for those who may have felt unsure or unwelcome in more conventional wellness spaces.

Together, we are here to change the narrative.

While most of you know my work centres around touch and bodywork, this retreat will take you on a different kind of journey — one of breath and movement, of inner exploration and emotional release.

Breathwork has become a profound new passion of mine.

In the rhythmic waves of your breath, you’ll discover a gateway into the vast ocean of your inner world. Your breath — the sacred thread between your first and final moments — holds the power to connect your body, mind, and soul in ways you may never have imagined.

We’ll spend five nourishing hours together:

Moving gently and joyfully,
