Expecting a baby and keen to learn more about musculoskeletal health?

Join our FREE practical and nurturing information session. Learn with a small group of other pregnant mama, expectant parents and support people. The session is facilitated by women’s health physio as we aim to cover:

Understanding how pelvic floor, posture and abdominal muscles work
Learn how these muscles are affected by pregnancy and birth
Learn exercises to maintain a strong core, assist with birth and take care of yourself and whānau
Opportunity for pregnancy musculoskeletal function screening and manage risks.

Come with any questions or curiosities you have. Feedback had told us that the connections and questions were the most valuable!

To make sure you're as comfortable as possible, there are a variety of seating options, and a full kitchen and you are welcome to bring your own dinner. We'll provide light refreshments and a warm welcome :)

There is some parking onsite, as well as free parking after 6pm at any QLDC parking area including Boundary Street carpark and Ballarat Street car park (see Queenstown parking here: https://www.qldc.govt.nz/media/wpcpnszz/qldc_queenstown-cbd-parking-map-a4_summer-overflow_dec25.pdf)

Buses: number 1,2 and 5 stop at Stanley Street.
