We are so excited to have you all tonight! 

Just a reminder of what you need to bring: Water bottle, warm layers, yoga mat or thick blanket and also bring a keep cup to have a nice complimentary herbal tea! See ya! 

This workshop is a guided experience focused on using intentional breathing and somatic techniques to promote relaxation, healing, and emotional well-being. These workshops typically provide a supportive and safe environment for participants to explore the transformative power of their breath and body.

During the workshop, participants are guided through breathing exercises designed to facilitate deep relaxation, release tension, and promote emotional release. Participants are encouraged to connect with their breath, observe any sensations or emotions that arise, and allow themselves to let go and surrender to the experience.

Throughout the workshop, emphasis is placed on creating a nurturing and non-judgmental space where participants can explore their inner landscape, release stored emotions, and cultivate a sense of self-compassion and acceptance.
