By including partners, the session promotes holistic preparation, empowering both parents to feel informed, in control and ready to navigate different birth scenarios.

Emotional Recovery from Birth (2pm-4pm)

This session provides a safe and supportive space for women to process their birth experiences and promote emotional well-being. Participants will explore the emotional and psychological aspects of postpartum recovery, including coping with unexpected outcomes, managing trauma and adjusting to life after birth. The session encourages open dialogue and provides practical strategies for emotional self-care and information on where to seek additional support.
