Please join us for 2 amazing informative and empowering sessions to help support you or your loved ones during birth preparation and postpartum.

 Emotional Preparation for Birth (10am-12pm)

This session addresses the mental and emotional aspects of preparing for labour and birth. A significant component of the workshop will focus on birth mapping, encouraging participants to explore their values, preferences and expectations. By including partners, the session promotes holistic preparation, empowering both parents to feel informed, in control and ready to navigate different birth scenarios.

Emotional Recovery from Birth (2pm-4pm)

This session provides a safe and supportive space for women to process their birth experiences and promote emotional well-being. Participants will explore the emotional and psychological aspects of postpartum recovery, including coping with unexpected outcomes, managing trauma and adjusting to life after birth. The session encourages open dialogue and provides practical strategies for emotional self-care and information on where to seek additional support.
