✨ INTENTION

To offer a nurturing and creative space for women in all stages of motherhood (Conceiving, pregnancy, postnatal) to reconnect with themselves, express inner truths, and find soothing support through the gentle and intuitive process of SoulCollage®.

🌿 SESSION FLOW

1. Welcome & Arriving in the Space (10 min)

Gentle welcome from Laura
Light check-in round (optional sharing: name and a word or image that reflects how you're arriving)
Brief overview of the SoulCollage® process and session intentions

2. Guided Grounding & Creative Visualization (10 min)

A soothing, body-centered grounding practice
Visualization: “Meeting the Inner Mother / Nurturer Within”
Inviting participants to listen for an image, symbol, or inner voice arising

3. Introduction to SoulCollage® (5 min)

Emphasize that SoulCollage® is a simple, accessible process — no artistic skill needed
Explain the four suits (optional) or focus on the Inner Voice and Companion/Committee cards for maternal themes

4. Card Creation Time (35–45 min)

Participants gather images (pre-collected or digital) and begin intuitive collage-making
Soft background music and gentle reminders of process
Emphasis: “Let the image choose you. Trust the flow.”

5. Sharing Circle: Witnessing & Reflection (20–30 min)

Each participant (optional) shares one card and its "I Am One Who..." message
Encouraged to speak from the heart, beyond judgement.
Group holds space with presence, no fixing or advising

6. Closing Ritual & Integration (10–15 min)

Reflective prompt or journaling (e.g. “What does this card wish for me to know right now?”)
Gentle words from Laura about nurturing the self in small daily ways
Option to light a candle, draw an affirmation card, or close with a collective breath and hand on heart

🌼 NOTES & SUPPORT

Participants will receive a gentle preparation email with materials list (images, scissors, glue, card base) and self-care tips
After the session, Laura will offer a follow-up email with journaling prompts, music playlist, and a reminder to revisit the card's message over the coming days.

SoulCollage® is a nurturing, intuitive process that offers expectant mothers a space to explore this inner landscape with compassion and creativity. Using simple materials—magazine images, scissors, glue, and cards—you’ll create a personal deck that reflects the many parts of yourself, including your hopes, fears, ancestral connections, and emerging identity as a mother.

This process is not about artistic skill but about accessing your inner wisdom. Through creating and dialoguing with your cards, you connect with the voices within—gaining clarity, grounding, and insight.

Laura will guide you each step of the way, offering gentle holding, compassionate support, and a safe space to honour your unique journey. Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating uncertainty, or simply seeking presence, SoulCollage® is a soulful companion—offering reflection, resilience, and deep self-care throughout pregnancy and beyond.
REFLECTION FROM YOUR HOST: As a mum of two, I turned to SoulCollage® on my own journey into motherhood. It became a deeply supportive and grounding practice—a sacred pause in the chaos, where I could reconnect with myself, honour my changing identity, and give space to the complex emotions of becoming a mother. In the quiet act of creating, I found clarity, calm, and connection.
