    Event description

nyama (means energy/ life force in bamanan):  a mini herbalism series

This event is for trans and gender diverse folk. As this session is a part of a two-part series, we encourage folks to participate in both sessions if possible (6th and 13th of Nov), however if this doesn't work for you feel free to attend only one session.

Nyama is a moment in thyme to re-attune to our inner will and essence, it's a moment where we let ourselves be guided by the wisdom of the plants and those who have come before us.

In order to celebrate trans awareness week, we have crafted a mini series of potions circles.

Plants are our allies, our ancestors, teachers, sometimes jokester, they were here long before us and they will most definitely outlive us. Let's take a thyme to appreciate the path our trancestors (blood fam/ soul fam) have laid out for us and create a connection with our plantcestors, our eternal & internal evergreen support.

    November 6th: plancestor tea

Join us for an evening of herbal blends. Let's create your signature organic tea mix, a composition that will attune you and support you in connecting with a revered plant. We'll have a selection of organic herbs but please feel free to also bring some specific herbs that are near and dear to your heart and that you'll like to share with the group.

Each session will also include a short and optional gentle grounding yoga on a chair or standing, we look forward to communing with you
