6:00pm – The celebrations begin!
Arrive at the Bundanoon Hotel and kick off the evening with a drink in the Scots Bar before making your way into the restaurant.

7:00pm – Take your seat
Settle in, soak up the atmosphere and get ready for an unforgettable night.

7:30pm – Dinner is served
Enjoy your delicious main course while the night's entertainment starts to come alive.

8:15pm – Something sweet
Dessert is served - because every great celebration deserves a sweet finish.

8:30pm – Let the party begin!
Ella's Holiday takes to the stage and the dance floor opens, while the casino comes alive in the Scots Bar. Grab your $10,000 in play money, exchange it for chips and try your luck at Roulette and Black Jack with our professional croupiers.

10:30pm – Late-night bites
Recharge with a selection of late-night bites before the countdown begins.

11:00pm – Last bets!
The casino tables close, giving everyone time to grab a drink and prepare for midnight.

11:50pm – Raise a glass
Collect your complimentary glass of bubbles and join us as we count down the final moments of 2026.

Midnight – Happy New Year!
Celebrate the arrival of 2027 with confetti, cheers, music and a spectacular midnight toast!

12:30am – One last dance
Ella's Holiday wraps up an incredible evening as we call last drinks and farewell another memorable New Year's Eve at the Bundanoon Hotel.

In Vegas, anything goes... and so does our dress code! Tux? Perfect. Tracksuit? Why not. Sequins? Absolutely. Wedding dress? We won't ask questions. Elvis? We hope so. Come as your most fabulous, outrageous or comfortable self. The casino isn't real, but the party certainly is! 🎲🥂

Tables will be groups of 6+guests, smaller tables will be combined, seating requests can be made at the time of booking.
