Ring in the new year with elegance, flavour and flair at FIRMA Italian. Begin your evening with a Champagne toast before indulging in an exquisite celebration of Italian dining: a choice of either a three-course or five-course menu that captures the heart and artistry of modern Italy.

After dinner, guests from seating two are invited to make their way to Level 21 to take in Brisbane’s spectacular city display.

Each dish is a journey through refined textures and bold flavours. From yellowfin tuna tonnato to fennel risotto with orange and sea urchin, perfectly complemented by premium wines selected by our sommelier. Every course is designed to be savoured, each moment a reflection of the craft, care and curiosity that define FIRMA.

Seating Times:
Seating One – 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm (Three-course dinner with arrival Champagne)

Seating Two – 8:30 pm to 11:00 pm (Five-course dinner with beverage package followed by midnight fireworks viewing from Level 21)

In keeping with Emporium Hotels' dedication to protecting the environment, we’ve partnered with Reforest to make a meaningful impact on climate action. Every attendee will help restore a critically endangered subtropical rainforest in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.

Full cancellation within effect seven (7) days prior to event date. Cocktail style event – limited seating available. The ticket price includes food and beverage, regardless of the choice to not consume either. Please note that our chefs are able to cater any dietary request. We ask that you add any dietary requirements in the notes of your booking.

This is an 18+ event. Appearance must be clean, neat and tidy always. No thongs allowed. Tattoos are welcome but not intimidating, offensive or obscene visible tattoos.

In the event of fireworks being cancelled, the event will still proceed as planned. Please note that refunds will not be available.
