Off the back of an electrifying run of shows over Summer, NYMPHO makes it's triumphant return to Miscellania this Winter to present ATARANGI + Friends with Aaliyah Salem, DIESEL, DJ Casper and Ari Angkasa.

Having captivated audiences alongside the likes of LSDXOXO, Overmono, Nia Archives, KI/KI, HorsegiirL, VTSS, and TAAHLIAH, ATARANGI has made unforgettable appearances on the shores of Aotearoa at 121 Festival, Laneway, and Beacon Festival. He has also left his mark on the global stage, playing the first all-Indigenous Māori Boiler Room in Aotearoa curated by Lady Shaka, and delivering a high-energy B2B set with Surusinghe at the Boiler Room Sydney afterparty. Across the Pacific, he's dominated Australian stages, from the Sydney Opera House for VIVID Festival in 2023 to a standout performance at Beyond the Valley in 2024, and electrifying back-to-back sets with the likes of Skin on Skin and Chippy Nonstop. With two sold-out six-hour sets under his belt—one for NYMPHO in New Zealand and another for House of Mince in Sydney—he has cemented his reputation as a dynamic and enduring force in the music scene.

Many things can be true, but one thing is for certain: ATARANGI’s infectious, uninhibited sound will soundtrack dance floors for years to come.

NYMPHO is a dance-focused queer club night with visual and performance art styles woven into high energy DJ sets. We strive to create a safe, inclusive and transcendent club experience which celebrates gender euphoria, body positivity and sexual liberation. Our kaupapa of lifting up marginalised communities extends from our audience and lineups to our musical philosophies - with genre-diverse sets centred around QBIPOC rooted genres such as techno, house and emergent queer sounds. As well as spotlighting the best of Aotearoa’s diverse queer talent, NYMPHO has brought international icons to our long white cloud, including Isabella Lovestory, horsegiirL, Doss, TAAHLIAH, Ninajirachi, Kevin Aviance, MikeQ, Pxssy Palace, Jasmine Infiniti, Estoc and DJ G2G.

Miscellania is not wheelchair accessible. The Miscellania venue room can only be accessed via four flights of stairs. The rooftop bar is a further two flights of stairs up from the main venue room.
