Nyung Nä Three 10 to 12 June ~ The main Sakadawa day of celebration is Wednesday 11 June.
Nyung Nä consists of seven sessions spread over two days plus a morning, and requires taking the Eight Mahayana Precepts.

Saka Dawa Duchen ~ Guru Shakyamuni Buddha’s birth, enlightenment, and parinirvana. On this day, karmic results are multiplied by 300 million times as it commemorates Shakyamuni Buddha’s three major life events - Lama Zopa Rinpoche
