This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

On Thursday 9 December, join Tanya Wilson, Callaghan Innovation Acting Group Manager Māori Economy, for a free virtual Q&A session with Morris Pita— previous winner of Hi-Tech Kamupene Māori o te Tau — Māori Company of the Year, and 2020 category finalists Clare and Tane Bradley of AgriSea. Hear from Bob Pinchin, CEO of Swaytech and organiser of the NZ Hi-Tech Awards, on how an awards win can boost your business, and ask him your burning questions. You’ll also have the opportunity to chat with with Sir Ian Taylor and Grant Straker, leading entrepreneurs and former NZ Hi-Tech Award finalists.

Back by popular demand, this 45-minute kōrero aims to demonstrate the benefits of entering the NZ Hi-Tech Awards, and provide tips and tricks on the entry process. The session will also help answer key questions around  deciding which category to enter, eligibility criteria and when to start the entry process. It will focus on the Hi-Tech Kamupene Māori o te Tau — Māori Company of the Year award category, but we encourage all businesses interested in entering any of the 14 award categories to attend.

Callaghan Innovation is proud to sponsor once again the Hi-Tech Kamupene Māori o te Tau — Māori Company of the Year,  a category that showcases NZ’s successfulMaori businesses.
