NZBA - Communicate Powerfully Programme

Most business owners and leaders know what needs to be said - but that doesn’t always make it easy to say it clearly, directly or at the right time.

Communicate Powerfully is a practical, highly interactive leadership communication programme designed to help you handle the conversations that shape your people, culture and business.

Across six full training days, we’ll explore 12 essential communication topics, including communication styles, assertiveness, listening, voice and body language, feedback, conflict and vital conversations.

Each training day is spaced approximately three weeks apart, giving you time to apply the tools in your real working environment, reflect on what happened and return ready to build on your learning.

This isn’t communication theory for the sake of it. You’ll work with real situations, practise the conversations you need to have and develop practical tools you can use immediately.
